Sister Love..and Grad

Jodi's ( former owner of Craze Hair Salon)  little sister graduated this past weekend and when I ran into  Jodi at the DQ a couple days before.She mentioned it so we planned to have them drop round that day after the ceremonies..and we did this shoot to celebrate all their relationships. The two in the centre are sisters as are the two on the Outside!! All gorgeous women.Would love to work with them all again. Love to see people accomplish their goals!!!

Happy 1st Birthday Grace

Grace came to us with her parents a year ago...and back today for her first year portrait...with Grandma and Lucas their family dog! It was a little busy but we got some amazing images.Can't wait to show them.

So I H A V E...to tell you ALL...that I am super thrilled as I posted a couple of pics this am and noticed a new follower  - following  me. Now   I am have been following for her for several months enjoying her pics.
I have also been following her for YEARS as her music pulls at my heart and soul .Topped by a sense of humor I ADORE...and yes seen her live Once in concert ..but would love to have another chance one day ..ok ok her initials are J.A...but if you look in the middle of the pic you will see Who I am talking about..
( ok enough name dropping right!)

So Cute....couldn't resist at Tops and Bottoms

Yesterday I dropped in just to drop off some biscotti to my friend Susan at Tops and Bottoms ( after we had been to yoga together at Chinook at 630am and a coffee after at Margos on Victoria St). Great start to our day. I thought it would be a quick in and out but this is what I saw when I "popped" in! OMG it is SO CUTE.. I want to see someone come in with this on cause I have some wonderful ideas for you!!! It comes in sizes up to G cup. and you have two options of panties ..though I think the one with the boning is so hot!

Family Portrait Sessions are Perfect for the Summer

With summer just around the corner, we’ll soon be greeted with an assortment of invitations to graduation parties, birthdays and maybe even your odd, long-overdue family reunion. Regardless of the occasion, the fact remains that summer is the most ideal time for family members to get together and reconnect.

Let’s face it, not many of us get to see our family members as much as we might like to. That’s what makes summer time so great: all of the celebratory gatherings held during this season give us an excuse to put our busy lives on hold and make time for one another. Now while you have everyone in the same place for once, it may just be the perfect time to suggest signing up for a special family portrait session before everyone goes back to living their own separate lives. Mother and Daughters relationships

are one of our most popular sessions these days which have been even more pleasure since we

introduced the hair and makeup included in our sessions.Double hair and makeup that is.So when Rebecca purchased a session with us she couldn't wait till her Mom came . Mom doesn't live in town so it was a really great chance for them to spend time together being pampered and coming for their session. If you want to have a session with your Mom you don't have to wait till next Mother's Day.Start planning it now and make any day Mother's Day...as the best time to do something is Now. Happy Mother's Day everyone. 

Ready and waiting to become a Mother - again.

Georgina told me two things at her consult for a portrait session. She said  her due date was May 12th.and  the image she wanted the most was of her pregnant with her second child. I was looking forward to using this outfit though at the time she wasn't sure if we'd be able to.So very glad we did as this is now in one of my all time favorites of a pregnant woman.The shape of the belly is gently accented with the outfit and that colour just works with her. We also worked with her husband and son after these ones were completed. I look forward to hearing about their newborn but feel this is a wonderful image full of anticipation and pride.
Mother's Day is just around the corner and I wonder if it will be the new baby's Birth Date??
