I can't believe it is March and I haven't actually put a new blog up so My apologizes.

I have been busy and here are some of the women I have been working with and I thought you would like to see their before and afters.The lady at the top had her hair and makeup done with Razors Edge
while the other three all went to Salon Spice and you can see for yourself how beautiful they all are.

And yes, certainly having your hair and makeup and the clothing makes a difference. But what I see is beyond that.It is the confidence in themselves and their real beauty shines through. And get this, three of these ladies have not even seen their images yet at the time of writing this today!! Thank you for giving your permission all of you to put these up and share your images with other women.It is through you that others believe that they too can have an image that truly truly reveals the beauty I see in all of you ( and now I hope you believe too!)

Mother and Daughters relationships

are one of our most popular sessions these days which have been even more pleasure since we

introduced the hair and makeup included in our sessions.Double hair and makeup that is.So when Rebecca purchased a session with us she couldn't wait till her Mom came . Mom doesn't live in town so it was a really great chance for them to spend time together being pampered and coming for their session. If you want to have a session with your Mom you don't have to wait till next Mother's Day.Start planning it now and make any day Mother's Day...as the best time to do something is Now. Happy Mother's Day everyone. 

Grad Season is Here A video.

My clients who are coming to me year after year I so appreciate  but have to say this family is one that has come EVERY YEAR ( ok save one!) and now this year their twin daughters are graduating. Both girls had gorgeous dresses for this event so I wanted people to "feel" what it was like to come a professional session..
Mom saw it for the first time today. Yes there were tears ..for both of us.

StoryBook Weddings Show Highlights Jan 20 2013

To say the Storybook Weddings Show.was a successful Bridal show would be an understatement Here are some of our highlights we captured.Julie and I heard so many wonderful stories from  brides and their family and friends.We watched the show from time to time and loved this dance routine with the 4 guys on stage I presume from the audience. A very entertaining routine. A couple of our personal favorite stories were of the gal at the top of page who won one of our two giveaway $500 prizes.She was SO excited that we heard her scream from the foyer.She jumped up and tore the car accidentally when she found she was the winner.If you know who the other winner is let us know and ask them to call us as we missed seeing them at the show.

Then there was our feature poster of Charlene wearing an incredibly sensual black evening gown she had purchased from Storybook Weddings.She had come in to be our model for it and flew away the next day on holidays so she and her husband dropped by the show just to see it and you can see their reaction was pretty amazing.LOVE it.Hope you had as much as we did.If you were one of the lucky ladies who purchased our SHOWSTOPPER Deal Congrats and see you soon ( before May 26 when it expires!)

STORYBOOK BRIDAL SHOW JAN 20TH 2013

Love doing Bridal Shows. though I don't do Weddings i still enjoying meeting all the gals who are getting married and their Moms.
The StoryBook Wedding Show   is tomorrow Jan.20th.at the Civic Centre from 10 am - 3pm.Get your tickets at the door if you haven't already got them from their shop on 3rd Ave across from Northern Hardware.
We will be introducing our super sweet deal we are offering up this year. We have a whole lot of new products -ditched a few old ones too, so do drop by our booth and get in on the excitement.We will be launching a great number of products for everyone. So come by and give us your name to receive more info and meet Renata from La Tienda who will be selling some of her funky Steampunk hair ornaments at our booth and showcasing her amazing photo shoot album we did 3 years ago !! Plus we have a Brand new album of the gal you see on this promo piece AND another amazing piece that stands 88" tall at our booth!! We also have some sweet gifts for the first gals who purchase their sessions at our GREATLY REDUCED show stopping Special...This can be used as Mother's Day Gifts or Anniversary Gifts ..Valentine's!! STORYBOOK WEDDINGS is a dress shop I love to go into particularly to see the owner MARY as she is such a warm and welcoming person to not only her customers but anyone who comes to know her over the years in business.She gives her whole self to making sure it is the right dress for you.Her service is next to none so if you are looking for a wonderful" frock" dress wedding or evening or grad STORYBOOK WEDDINGS is the place you must go to.Located conveniently on the corner of 3rd and Brunswick St.(1397 Brunswick St.) Char purchased her dresses from STORYBOOK and that is how we met. This was one of her favorite images that she said we could blog about.Can you believe she is a not only married 31 years..but a grandmother of 2! Wow. The world is so small as we discovered we both swim at the same time...6am ( she is much more dedicated though in the Masters Group) at the PG Aquatic Centre and we both go to Yoga at Chinook Yoga !!Thanks again for squeezing us in to your busy schedule Charlene.You have a  stunning dress. Have to mention she had her hair done by Lauren at CRAZE Hair Salon ( 17th & Spruce St beside Sylvan Learning Centre) and Makeup by Heather at LES BEAUX VISAGES  ( 1284 4th Ave.) Beautiful work ladies!!
It was alot of fun working with all of you on this shoot.

Weightwatchers Draw Today Bringings Double the Joy

Oh what a wonderful way to start the day .
Once again we gave a full makeup and hair makeover  plus boudoir session with
Philomena Hughes Photography . Jody at Craze Salon will be the makeup and hair artist.
 The winner was Sandra!! Her Mom was absolutely THRILLED...and screamed when she heard her daughter's name called.Paddy did the draw at the  Saturday morning  Weight Watcher meeting ( the one I regularly attend) and received hugs from both her Mom ( upper right pic), me ( bottom left) and the previous winner (bottom right) from last year.Fern knows how much Sandra will love her experience.We will be doing the session the first week of January. After they both told me separately that they wished were hoping that the other would win it.The icing on the cake is that Kathy is one of my swimming buddies so it just makes me smile ( alot all day so far!). I know Kathy feels she has won just because Sandra did.
I love the expressions on those around Sandra and Kathy too! Thanks everyone.Next year we are opening it to all members of WW  here in PG at the 1st & Tabor location..Details will be announced at all the meetings in 2013.!! Congrats again Sandra!
